Malaysia

Malaysia confirmed that Malaysia’s ratification does not confer mutual rights and obligations on any other Party that has not ratified the Treaty.

Republic of Singapore

Singapore confirmed that Singapore’s ratification does not confer mutual rights and obligations on any other Party who has not ratified this Treaty.
